No hidden fees, ever. The price you see during booking is the price you pay. Both are avoidable by returning on time and emptying the trailer before return.

Booking & Delivery

How do I book a trailer?

+

You can book online at 365trailerrentals.com/book-now — choose your trailer, select your dates, pick delivery or self-pickup, and pay securely. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. You can also call or text us at (469) 429-0218 to book over the phone.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

+

Yes — in most cases we can deliver same-day if you book before early afternoon. Availability depends on existing bookings and your location within our service area. Book as early as possible for the best availability, or call us directly for last-minute needs.

What's the difference between home delivery and self-pickup?

+

Home delivery ($85 flat fee): We bring the trailer directly to your address and pick it up when your rental period ends. No need to have a tow vehicle.

Self-pickup (free): You come to our location at 3340 Northwood Ln, Plano, TX with your tow vehicle, hook up the trailer, and bring it back when done. Requires appropriate hitch setup on your vehicle.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

+

Yes. Our cancellation policy is:

  • 24+ hours before rental start: Full refund
  • Within 24 hours: 50% refund
  • No-show: No refund

To cancel or reschedule, call us at (469) 429-0218 or email 365dumptrailerrentals@gmail.com.

Equipment & Requirements

What can I haul in the dump trailer?

+

Our dump trailers handle a wide range of materials, up to 10,000 lbs, including:

  • Construction debris (drywall, lumber, concrete)
  • Roofing materials and shingles
  • Household junk and furniture
  • Landscaping waste (soil, branches, sod)
  • Garage, attic, and estate cleanout waste
  • Appliances and bulky items

Not allowed: Hazardous materials, toxic chemicals, flammable substances, or illegal materials.

What do I need to tow a car hauler?

+

Your tow vehicle needs a 2" ball hitch and a 7-pin electrical connector for the brake and lighting system. Most full-size trucks and SUVs with a tow package meet these requirements. If you're unsure whether your vehicle can tow, call us and we'll help you figure it out.

Do I need to provide identification?

+

Yes. During checkout, you'll be asked to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your government-issued driver's license. This is for identity verification purposes only — we store this securely and never share it with third parties. You must be at least 21 years old to rent.

What happens if the trailer is damaged during my rental?

+

Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair costs will be assessed based on the actual cost of repair or replacement. Basic liability coverage is included, but the renter is responsible for any deductibles or amounts exceeding coverage. We recommend checking with your own auto insurance to see if rented trailers are covered under your policy.

What if I return the trailer late?

+

Late returns are charged at the applicable daily rate for each additional day (or portion of a day) past the agreed return time. If you know you'll need the trailer longer, contact us in advance — we can extend your rental at the regular rate as long as the trailer isn't already booked for someone else.

Junk Removal

Do you offer full-service junk removal?

+

Yes. In addition to trailer rentals (where you load it yourself), we also offer full-service junk removal where our team does the loading and hauling for you. This is ideal for large-scale cleanouts, estate cleanouts, or anyone who doesn't want to do the heavy lifting. Learn more about our junk removal services.

Is a dump trailer rental better than a dumpster rental?

+

In most cases, yes. A dump trailer rental gives you all the capacity of a dumpster but with major advantages: you can move it around your property, you're not stuck with permit requirements many cities impose on dumpsters, and the hydraulic dump mechanism lets you unload at any landfill yourself (saving dump fees). Pricing is often comparable or cheaper than a dumpster rental for the same duration.
