Booking FAQ
▸ What's the minimum rental?
Hourly rentals have a 3-hour minimum. Daily and weekly have no minimum beyond the period selected.
▸ Is delivery included in the price?
Home delivery is +$85. Self pickup from our location is free. Both options available at checkout.
▸ Can I extend my rental?
Yes — call (469) 704-2729 before your period ends. Extensions at the applicable hourly or daily rate.
▸ What's the cancellation policy?
24+ hours before delivery = full refund. Within 24 hours may have a cancellation fee.
▸ Why do you need my ID?
For security — we verify identity before releasing equipment. Your ID is encrypted and deleted after rental completion.
▸ When will the trailer be delivered?
After booking we confirm a delivery window. Same-day delivery available based on schedule. Most deliveries happen in the morning.
