Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Identification

Renter must meet the following requirements to rent equipment:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
• Must upload front and back images of their driver's license during the checkout process for identity verification
• Must have a valid credit or debit card for payment
• Renter's tow vehicle must be equipped with the appropriate hitch and electrical connection (2" ball hitch and 7-pin connector for car haulers; appropriate hitch for dump trailers)

365 Dump Trailer Rentals reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual who does not meet these requirements or whose identification cannot be verified.

2. Rental Period & Return

• The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup or delivery time and ends at the agreed-upon return time.
• Equipment must be returned on time. Late returns will be charged at the applicable daily rate for each additional day (or portion thereof) that the equipment is not returned.
• If equipment is not returned within 48 hours past the agreed return time without prior arrangement, it will be reported as stolen to local law enforcement.
• Renter must return the equipment in the same condition it was received, minus normal wear and tear.
• Equipment must be returned empty and cleaned of all debris. A cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for equipment returned with debris or waste remaining inside.

3. Pricing & Payment

Dump Trailer Rental Rates

• 3-5 Hours: $150 (flat rate)
• 6-8 Hours: $200 (flat rate)
• Daily (1-6 days): $200 per day
• Weekly (7 days): $1,100 flat rate

Car Hauler Rental Rates

• 3-5 Hours: $105 (flat rate)
• 6-8 Hours: $140 (flat rate)
• Daily (1-6 days): $120 per day
• Weekly (7 days): $650 flat rate

Additional Fees

• Home Delivery: $85 flat fee (one-time, applies to both delivery and pickup of equipment)
• Self Pickup: Free — Renter picks up and returns the equipment at our location
• Late Return: Charged at the applicable daily rate per additional day
• Cleaning Fee: $75 if equipment is returned with debris inside
• Damage Charges: Assessed based on actual repair or replacement cost (see Section 5)

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is the price honored for that rental.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Cash App Pay.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 24+ hours before scheduled rental start: Full refund
• Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled rental start: 50% refund
• No-show (failure to pick up or receive delivery): No refund
• Early return: No partial refund for returning equipment before the end of the rental period

5. Damage & Liability

• Renter is responsible for any and all damage to the rented equipment during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear.
• Renter is responsible for any damage to third-party property caused by the rented equipment while in Renter's possession.
• If equipment is damaged, Renter will be charged the actual cost of repair or, if the equipment is damaged beyond repair, the fair market replacement cost.
• Renter assumes all liability for any injuries, property damage, or losses that occur during the use of the rented equipment.
• 365 Dump Trailer Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment.

6. Prohibited Use

Renter agrees NOT to use the rented equipment for any of the following:

• Hauling hazardous, toxic, flammable, or illegal materials
• Exceeding the stated weight capacity (10,000 lbs for dump trailers)
• Any illegal activity
• Sub-renting or lending the equipment to any third party
• Towing the equipment with a vehicle that does not meet the minimum towing requirements
• Operating the equipment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Any use outside the state of Texas without prior written approval

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate termination of the rental, forfeiture of all fees paid, and Renter's full liability for any resulting damages.

7. Delivery & Pickup

• Home delivery is available within our 20-city service area in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a flat fee of $85.
• Delivery and pickup times are scheduled during our delivery hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 8 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 9 AM - 5 PM.
• Renter must provide a clear, accessible location for equipment drop-off and pickup. The delivery area must be free of obstructions and accessible by our delivery vehicle.
• 365 Dump Trailer Rentals is not responsible for any damage to driveways, lawns, or private property caused by the normal delivery and placement of equipment. Renter accepts this risk when opting for home delivery.
• If the delivery location is inaccessible upon arrival, a failed delivery fee may apply.

8. Insurance

Basic liability coverage is included with every rental. However, Renter is still responsible for:

• Any applicable deductibles
• Damages exceeding coverage limits
• Damages resulting from prohibited use, negligence, or misuse of equipment

Renter is encouraged to verify that their own auto insurance or renter's insurance covers the use of rented trailer equipment. 365 Dump Trailer Rentals makes no guarantees about the extent of included coverage and recommends Renter consult with their own insurance provider.

9. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 365 Dump Trailer Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from Renter's use of the equipment, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or regulation.

10. Force Majeure

365 Dump Trailer Rentals shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, equipment breakdowns, pandemics, or government actions. In such cases, we will work with Renter to reschedule or provide a full refund.

11. Service Area

We currently provide rental and delivery services to the following cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex:

Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson, Murphy, Parker, Wylie, Sachse, Garland, Carrollton, The Colony, Addison, North Dallas, Lucas, Fairview, Prosper, Celina, Rowlett, and Rockwall.

Service to locations outside this area may be available upon request and may be subject to additional delivery fees.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

13. Modifications to Terms

365 Dump Trailer Rentals reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking confirmation are the terms that apply to that specific rental.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific booking confirmation details, constitute the entire agreement between you and 365 Dump Trailer Rentals relating to your rental.
